As an Atlanta homeowner, you are eligible for no-cost home repair and improvement through the HouseProud program if you can answer “yes” to these questions:
Are you a homeowner?
Are you Senior, Veteran or a disabled Senior?
Is your income 80% or less of AMI?
Do you have homeowners insurance?
Do you live in the City of Atlanta?

To prove your eligibility, you will need to show the following:
Proof of Homeownership
Proof of income (as defined by HUD)
Your homeowner's insurance policy
One utility bill
Your driver’s license of government-issued I.D.
